The Spelling Bee!

Madison participated in her first spelling bee this past Thursday morning. Out of 125 students she placed in the top 15. (She gets her spelling abilities from her mom!) I thought she was in trouble because in the practice round she mispelled the word Ditto. She spelled it Dido. Well, needless to say she lasted 5 rounds and finished in 5th place! Way to go Madison! Her words were: karate, ballerina, vulnerable, ridiculous and the stinker that was her demise was paprika! She spelled it pepricka. None the less, she did a fantastic job!
